Smart Mode — start from a problem

A two-step assistant that analyzes a business problem, proposes several scored strategies, then turns them into a concrete opportunity.

Smart Mode is the guided mode of opportunities. You describe a situation — a slow period, an upmarket goal, clients to reactivate — and Fuze reasons step by step instead of jumping straight to a campaign.

The two-step flow

  1. Step 1 — Analysis: describe your problem or pick a suggested phrasing. Fuze analyzes your context (calendar, catalog, history) and proposes several possible strategies, each with a percentage confidence badge.
  2. Step 2 — Mechanics: for the chosen strategy, Fuze proposes several concrete mechanics (offer, format, channel, timing), scored as well.
  3. Validation: the selected mechanic becomes a regular opportunity, which you can refine or turn into an action plan.

Reading confidence badges

The percentage expresses how strongly the proposal is backed by your real data (calendar history, catalog, past performance). High confidence doesn't guarantee results; low confidence invites you to complete your data or pick another strategy.

Smart Mode or Smart Idea?

Smart Mode explores: it starts from a problem and compares several strategies before concluding. Smart Idea executes: it starts from an already-clear idea and transforms it directly. Both land on the same object — an opportunity — and cost the same credits per generation.
