Publication schedule

Every publication generated by your action plans, in month, week or list view — with "published" marking and calendar subscription.

2 min read

The Publication schedule centralizes every dated publication from your action plans: posts, stories, emails, messages. It's your editorial calendar, filled automatically whenever a plan is generated.

Views and filters

  • Three views: Month, Week, List. On mobile, the view automatically adapts into a readable agenda layout.
  • Channel filters: show only social posts, emails, etc.
  • Indicators at the top: publications scheduled this month, published, late, and the number of active channels.

Actions on a publication

Mark as published
Marks the publication as done — and "Move back to publish" reverses it. This marking is manual: you confirm the actual publication.
Copy content
Copies the ready-to-publish text (caption, hashtags, call to action) to the clipboard.
Open in the action plan
Takes you back to the action's full sheet in the Plans tab, with its content, strategy and execution.

Subscribing from your calendar

The "Subscribe in my calendar" button provides a subscription link (standard calendar format) to add to your calendar app. Your scheduled publications then appear directly in your personal calendar, updated automatically.

Weekly email notification

The "Weekly notification" button, next to "Subscribe in my calendar", turns on a recap sent every Monday morning: a compact list of your publications for the week, with the day, recommended time and channel for each. Every title is clickable and takes you straight to the matching publication in the schedule, ready to copy or mark as published.

If the schedule is empty

The schedule only contains publications from action plans. If it's empty, generate a plan first from the Opportunities tab — the "Open action plans" button takes you there.
