Studio catalog

Your services, prices, durations and add-ons — the base of every revenue estimate and of respecting what you actually sell.

2 min read

The catalog describes what you sell. Fuze refers to it constantly: to rely first on your real services, price opportunities, and calibrate workload (session length, editing, delivery).

Each service

Name and category
The visible name and family (maternity, wedding, portrait…) used for specialty filtering.
Offer type
Standard service, mini-session… — influences the proposed strategies.
Price
Can stay empty: the service is then treated as "on quote". Fuze never invents a rate; the related revenue is marked unverifiable.
Duration
Session length — used for workload calculation and short formats.
Editing and delivery
Post-production time and delivery delay: they feed the calendar analysis editing-hour estimates.
Description
What the service includes, used to write accurate content.

Add-ons

Add-ons (extras per photographer or per provider, with name and notes) enable upsell strategies: Fuze can propose pushing an add-on rather than a new service.

Importing from your website

Paste your site's address: Fuze analyzes it and detects the services listed there to pre-fill the catalog. Always review imported rows before saving — a detection can be incomplete or approximate.
