Fuze runs on credits: each generation consumes credits at a fixed rate, while browsing stays free. Credits come from your monthly plan and, if needed, from top-ups.

Trial credits
When you sign up, 150 credits are offered to test the whole product — no bank card required. This welcome credit is granted once per studio, with anti-abuse protections.
The plans
- Essentiel — 220 credits/month
- €19.90/month or €199/year. For regular use: a few opportunities and plans each month.
- Studio — 700 credits/month
- €39.90/month or €399/year. For a sustained pace across several channels.
- Signature — 1,800 credits/month
- €79.90/month or €799/year. For intensive use and frequent campaigns.
Annual billing is charged once and works out to about two free months. Plan changes and cancellation are managed from the Credits & billing tab: cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period — there's no proration and no refund, and your credits stay usable until that date.
Top-ups
- Top-up 250
- €17.90 — 250 credits added immediately.
- Top-up 750
- €49.90 — 750 credits.
- Top-up 2,000
- €99.90 — 2,000 credits.

Rules worth knowing
- Renewal: your plan credits are granted each period. Part of your unused credits can roll over (25%), the rest expires at the end of the period.
- Insufficient balance: the action is blocked before any generation and the top-up window opens — no charge starts while the balance is insufficient.
- Failure before a usable result: debits recorded for that attempt are automatically compensated when possible.
- Failed payment: plan credits stop being granted after the paid period ends; top-ups you've bought stay usable.
- Daily limits: a global anti-abuse cap of 400 AI calls per day by default across all tools; some costly features have a dedicated sub-cap (1 full calendar reading, 10 opportunity briefs and 10 action plans per day).
- The Credits widget (Today page) shows the balance, today's and this month's usage, the renewal date, and the full rate card via its info button.
