Completing onboarding

Nine short steps that teach Fuze how your studio works — and that determine the quality of every recommendation.

Onboarding is when Fuze learns your studio. Every answer feeds the Studio Brain, the internal summary every generation then relies on. Treat it like an interview with a marketing assistant discovering your business.

What gets collected

  • Your identity: studio name, city, postal code, country, time zone, currency, languages (yours and your clients').
  • Your specialties: main and secondary (maternity, newborn, wedding, family, corporate, boudoir…).
  • Your catalog: your services, their prices (or "on quote"), duration, editing and delivery time.
  • Your availability: each weekday's role (shoot, editing, mixed, closed) and your hours.
  • Your goals: a revenue target with its reference period, your intended pace.
  • Your channels: the networks and tools where your studio is present.
  • Your constraints and preferences: travel, weather, deposits, discounts, communication tone…

Things to know

"On quote" pricing
A service can exist without a displayed price. Fuze knows this and won't invent a rate: the related revenue estimates are simply marked as unverifiable.
App language / client language
Two separate settings. The client language drives the language of generated content (posts, emails); the app language is yours.
Calendar
Connection is requested in the first step and blocks moving forward until it is active. After onboarding, manage it from Connections: reconnect, sync, or disconnect.

Everything stays editable

Every piece of onboarding data can be found again in the dashboard, under "Your studio" (Identity, Positioning, Catalog, Goals, Availability, Channels, Brand, Constraints, Strategy preferences). Every save updates the Studio Brain automatically.
