Troubleshooting & FAQ
Disconnected calendar, empty credits, odd recommendations, missing data: common situations and how to solve them.

Calendar and sync
- My calendar stopped syncing: the Today badge shows it. Open Connections and click "Reconnect" on Connected calendar — access has probably expired.
- I have no calendar to connect: everything works, with less precisely dated recommendations. Fill in Availability carefully to compensate.
- The analysis seems to ignore my latest events: run "Restart sync" from Today, then re-read the calendar.
Credits and payment
- "Insufficient credits": the action is blocked before any charge. Top up from the window that opens, or wait for the monthly renewal shown in the widget.
- My payment failed: plan credits stop being granted after the paid period, but your top-ups stay usable. Settle it from Credits & billing.
- A generation failed after being charged: the charge is automatically compensated, nothing to do.
- I hit the daily limit: costly features have daily sub-caps (1 full calendar reading, 10 opportunity briefs, 10 action plans) and a very high global anti-abuse cap applies on top; everything resets each day.
Recommendations and content
- Proposals feel generic: complete Voice & brand (the example caption!), check your specialties, then regenerate.
- An opportunity proposes a service I no longer offer: remove it from the catalog or mark it "to reduce" in Positioning, then regenerate.
- Content comes out in the wrong language: check the "Client language" in Settings (separate from the interface language).
- The schedule is empty: it only shows publications from action plans — generate a plan first.
Data and account
- I want to start over: Settings → "Reset my studio" (onboarding starts again).
- I want my data: Settings → "Export my data" (JSON file).
- I shared my schedule subscription link by mistake: Publication schedule → "Refresh the link"; the old one stops working.
- A page seems stuck or empty: reload; if the problem persists, write to contact@fuze.photo stating the page concerned.
